Dear All,

Some of you may know what is happening in HKBU now. We will support our
teachers by placing an advertisment in the newspaper and I sincerely hope that
you can join. I here attached the article and details of the petition for your
consideration.

Advertising and payment details:

Publication : AppleDaily (A section)

Date of Advertising: Jan 24 (Tue)

Deadline: Jan 22 (Sun)

Cost: $25000 for half page

(We only have to pay $250 for each person if we can get 100 names. If we get
less than this, we will do a smaller size. All surpluses will be donated to the
BU Staff union.)

If you think you are not appropriate to join, pls don't just delete the mail.
PLEASE HELP TO FOWARD this mail to all HKBU graduates you know. I think it is
not just the matter of COMM or Jour students, but ALL HKBU graduates are
concerned. At least let them know what i/we are doing and let them make their
decision.
