親愛的師兄/師姐：

　　近來工作順利嗎？

　　一年一度的傳理學會迎新營快將舉行。為迎接一眾新生，籌委會成員精心安排了一系列節目，當然，亦少不了您們的熱心參與。一如以往，校友分享是每年迎新營不可缺少的環節。我們誠意邀請各位回到校園，和新生們分享昔日就讀傳理學院的點點滴滴，與您們的工作經驗，讓我們好好利用大學的時光去裝備自己，以便投身傳媒行業，迎接未來的挑戰。相信您們的一席話定必令我們獲益良多。

　　是次迎新營的資料如下：
日期：二零零六年八月十八至二十一日(共四日三夜)
地點：浸大校園

　　分享環節的安排為：
日期：八月二十日(迎新營的第三天, 為星期日)
時間：晚上七時十五分（拔河）
　　　晚上八時半 (處境遊戲)
　　　晚上十時四十五分 (校友分享)
地點：拔河將會於查濟文科學大樓六樓平台東翼(Sci Po East)進行
　　　處境遊戲將會於溫仁才大樓601-603室(OEE601-603)進行
　　　校友分享將會於新校低座校舍(RL)進行

*我們將會有專人於上述三個時間的半小時之前安排師兄師姐到指定地點集合

　　由於目前我們正在積極籌備之中，尚欠部分具體訊息，敬請諒解。如有任何關於迎新營的進一步消息，我們必定會第一時間通知各位師兄師姐。
