Subject: Help! How do I get my cat to Okinawa?

We have found we will be going to Kadena in July. I have not found a comercial airline that will allow our cat in the cabin on an overseas flight and not in the baggage area from May-Sept. Are there other options or do you know anything about these pet relocation companies? I would appreciate any help you can offer. my cat sleeps with my 12 year old son-- he is not happy at all! Thank you.
