Beautiful Baby Contest
Boys & Girls
Sat. Sept. 16th at 1pm
Deadline to pay is Sept. 12th
Registration 11:30-12:30
(please do not be late for registration)
Location: Clay Community Center off of US Rt 23
Portsmouth, OH
Age Divisions
0-6m, 7-11m, 12-17m, 18-23m, 24-30m, 31-36m
Must bring a copy of the Birth Certificate w/ you to registration
and will be given back to you after the crowning.
If you do not have the BC, you cannot compete!
DO NOT BRING THE ORIG. BC, COPY ONLY!!!
Boys and Girls compete seperately!
Overall Divisions:
0-11m, 12-23m, & 24-36m
Fees:
$10 Beautiful Baby
This is the main event!
Attire:
Solid White T-shirts/ Onesies
Blue Jean Bottoms (shorts, skirt, capris, or jeans)
Tops and bottoms may not have any kind of logo,
design or embellishments on them.
They need to be plain as we are judging the child, not
attire, and we want all the children to look similar.
This is a baby contest not a beauty pageant!
Jeans must be BLUE, shirts must be ALL WHITE!
You must go by these guidelines or points will be deducted!
Optionals:
These are optional events and are not required to
win the a divisional title or supreme.
Snapshot photogenic
$5 Each picture
Snapshots can be color, B& W, or Sepia tone.
These will need to have the child's name and
age on the back of the photo. The photo needs to have
been taken between July - Sept 2006 as we want a
recent photo of the child. Photogenic will be judged
on the child's personality and photo ability.
NO STUDIO PHOTOS ACCEPTED!. We
are judging the child not the photographer. Do not retouch
the snapshots! Failure to go by these guidelines the
photos will be disqualified!
Buddy Supreme:
$5 Each contestant
Find a friend and come to the registration desk
and tell us you & your buddy's name.
This is where we take you and
your buddy's score and add them together
and the "team" with the most points wins.
Your buddy may be a boy or girl,
it don't have to be boy/boy or girl/girl!
You may double buddy if you wish, however, you must pay
$5 for every time you buddy up w/ a new contestant!
Fan Favorite:
This is $1 per vote! The contestant with the most "votes"
at the end of intermission, will win!
Please do not ask the Fan Favorite
table how many votes the other contestants have as they are
not allowed to tell you!
Awards:
Divisions
1st Place Girls: Tiara,Trophy & Ribbon
1st Place Boys: Metal, Trophy, & Ribbon
2nd & 3rd Place: Trophy & Ribbon
Finalists: Certificate & Ribbon
Overall Supreme':
Crown, Large Trophy, & Sash
Boys and girls both get crowns for this event!
Snapshot Photogenic:
Division: Trophy / Overall: Trophy & Sash
Buddy Supreme:
Trophy for both contestants & Gift
Fan Favorite:
Large Trophy and Gift!
Awards are based upon 20 or more contestants.
The director has the right to upgrade or downsize any awards if there is less
or more than 20 contestants.
Admission:
$2 for everyone 5 years old and over
This pays for the judges, facility rental, and cleanup
Payment:
Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Cash or
Paypal junesfaith@yahoo.com
Your $10 deposit and registration form must be postmarked
NO LATER THAN Sept. 12th!
Make sure that your Check, MO, paypal invoice, Etc has the
contestant's name on it!
THERE IS A $30 RETURN CHECK FEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE
TO PAY BEFORE THE CHILD CAN COMPETE IF YOU WRITE
A BAD CHECK!
Payments and registration needs to be mailed to
the address on the Registration form.
Photos:
There will be a Professional Studio at the contest taking
Old Fashion Photos, you must pay a $15 deposit the day
of the pageant if you have your child's pictures made!
The studio will provide costumes and props!
You will receive a canvas 10x13 for the $15 deposit!
PLEASE USE THE ENTRY FORM FOR BEAUTIFUL BABY,
NOT THE PRELIM FORM.
