I have not gotten into Blu-Ray yet, but given the opportunity I would choose these top-notch Universal monster classics. The Old Dark House (1932) and The Invisible Ray (1936) would also be prime candidates.

Dracula (1931)
Dracula's Daughter (1936)
Son of Dracula (1943)

Frankenstein (1931)
Bride of Frankenstein (1935)
Son of Frankenstein (1939)

The Mummy (1932)
The Invisible Man (1933)
The Black Cat (1934)
