My ratings are based on how much I enjoy the films no matter how many times I re-watch them.

For example: The Mummy (1932) is considered a better film than the Kharis films of the 40s. But as much as like the 32 Mummy, I can re-watch the Kharis films more often.

A+
Frankenstein
Bride Of Frankenstein
The Wolf Man
The Invisible Man

A
Son of Frankentein
Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man
Ghost of Frankenstein
House of Frankenstein
House of Dracula
The Mummy's Hand-Tomb-Ghost-Curse
Werewolf of London

A-
Dracula
The Mummy
Dracula's Daughter
Son of Dracula
Captive Wild Woman
The Raven
Black Cat
Invisble Ray
Night Monster
Man-Made Monster
SH and the Pearl of Death
Murders in the Rue Morgue

B+
Black Friday
Old Dark House
Secret of the Blue Room
The Invisible Man Returns
The Invisble Man's Revenge
Weird Woman

B
Mad Ghoul
Jungle Captive
House of Horrors
Murder in the Blue room
The Black Cat (1941)
Horror Island
Mad Doctor of Market St
Calling Dr Death
Dead Man's Eyes
Frozen Ghost

C+
Invisible Agent
The Brute Man
Strange Case Of Dr Rx
Spider Woman Strikes Back
Man Who Reclaimed His Head
Strange Confession
The Cat Creeps
Phantom of the Opera

C-
The Missing Guest
Jungle Woman
Mystery of Edwin Drood
Mystery of Marie Roget
Pillow of Death

D
Life Returns

D-
She-Wolf of London

I'd give She-Wolf an F if it weren't for the scenes with Matin Kosleck and some of the atmosphere during the murders....Other than that, the rest of this movie bores me.

A nice job of grading, Dan. She-Wolf of London is also my least favorite Universal horror picture, although I don't believe I have ever seen Life Returns.

I am listing just my top three grades and, like Dan, am going by how much I enjoy watching a particular film. For instance, most movie critics would not give House of Frankenstein an A grade, but it's a picture I always find entertaining. I just saw House of Dracula again on Svengoolie last Saturday night, and would probably place it in the B+ category. It's my least favorite of the Frankenstein series (not counting the A&C comedy), but it's still a superb film.

A+
Frankenstein
Bride of Frankenstein

A
Dracula
The Mummy
Son of Frankenstein
House of Frankenstein
The Invisible Man
The Black Cat
The Wolf Man

A-
Dracula's Daughter
Son of Dracula
Ghost of Frankenstein
Frankenstein meets the Wolf Man
The Raven
Werewolf of London
The Old Dark House
