My favorite.

Franz Waxman's musical score...a masterpiece.

Scenes...humanity lessons when monster visits the blind beggar's shack. (Hilarious version of this was in Young Frankenstein.)

When Pretorius meets the monster in the crypt.

The electrical machinery, the kites, the storm, the thumping heart sound.

The shadows on the doctors faces and angular shots just before the critical lightning strikes, with music in sync with the intensity of the scene.

Announcement of The Bride of Frankenstein, and her appearance. Bittersweet moment when monster sheds a tear when he is rejected.

Monster chases Dr.Frankenstein and his wife out, while pulling the lever saying, about himself, his bride that wasn't, and Dr. Pretorius (am paraphrasing).....You go!....we belong dead,... and the castle is destroyed.

Officer Torch has cited many of the best moments of this timeless horror classic. A few more include:

An incensed Hans falls into the water at the wreckage of the mill and, unfortunately for him, discovers that the monster lives.

The Burgomaster presides over the dungeon confinement of the "escaped lunatic", but the monster's imprisonment is brief indeed.

The enigmatic Dr Pretorius arrives in the night, demanding to see Baron Frankenstein.

The climatic castle sequence already mentioned by Officer Torch, which includes the line "Get away from that lever, you'll blow us all to atoms!"
