Subject: The return of AnneGwynne.com!!!

The long-awaited return of the site and it was a top secret for some time. That said, all of Anne's fans, friends and family, please do enjoy the hard work that was put into it by her family. Enjoy!

Very nice site indeed. Anne Gwynne was a key character in the Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe serial. Aside from being lovely, attractive, her character showed some of her range of talents. As Sonja, henchwoman of Ming, she was of course charming, but devious, intelligent, authoritative, clever, and could be deadly. She played her part consistently well throughout the serial. Her family and friends can be justifiably proud. She performed this film early on and her talents grew over the years. Owing to her talented career here, she is undoubtedly still performing to an audience of a very high level now.

I agree, a very nice site dedicated to a lovely actress. Black Friday (1940), The Strange Case of Dr Rx (1942) and House of Frankenstein (1944) are among my favorite Universal pictures featuring her talents.

She is also notable in the RKO gem Dick Tracy meets Gruesome (1947) with Boris Karloff as Gruesome. It's the only one of Ralph Byrd's Dick Tracy films that I recall seeing, and it's a good one.
