I'll have to go along with Tim and say Valerie Hobson was the best Elizabeth over the others. I didn't realize it when I first saw Bride of Frankenstein that she was only 17 when she made the film. This shows what a good actress she was.

Now the only classic stars still with is:
Patricia Morison...she'll be 96 in March.

Jane Adams...turned 88 in August

And I believe Tom Stevenson is still with us?
He'll be 100 in February.
Tom played the grave digger in "The Wolf Man" and the grave robber who ran away in "Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man."

The only name I would add to Dan's excellent list would be Gloria Stuart, who turned 99 in July.

I don't know how I missed "Gloria Stuart" Tim?
I just watched "The Invisible Man" a couple of weeks ago.
Age I guess.

Anyway here are a few others I managed to over look.

Elyse Knox: She will be 92 next month.

Turhan Bey: There's two different birth years for him. March 30, 1919 and March 30, 1922...I'm going with 1919.

June Lockhart: Turned 84 in June.

Elena Verdugo: She turned 83 on April 20 2009

Donnie Dunnagan: Hard to believe little Peter from "Son of Frankenstein" is 75 now.

Janet Ann Gallow: Cloestine in "Ghost of Frankenstein" is about 72 now.
