Renfields arrival at the castle.
The ship.
When Dracula knocks the mirror out of Van Helsing's hand.

The classic that really launched the horror film genre, or at least the "talkie" horror film genre. Favorite moments include:

Renfield's coach ride to the castle.

Count Dracula's first appearance, descending the staircase in the eerie castle surroundings.

Dracula's initial conversation with Renfield, delivering a number of classic lines.

The appearance of the female vampires.

Renfield's maniacal laughter once he is enslaved by Dracula. Dwight Frye gives an amazing portrayal.

I agree with Dan, Dracula knocking the mirror away is another great moment.
