I think just about every moment from the start of the film, to the finish where the invisible man appears, is good.

But a couple of other memorable scenes, besides the afore mentioned scenes, would be when Griffin goes mad and kills the chief constable, then yells "hoax is it?"

I also like the scene where one of the villagers in the search party runs into the invisible Griffin, and then Griffin says: "Here I am, aren't you glad you found me?" Then you see the villager being thrown down the hill, with a few more villagers following after.
