Here are a few favorites that come to mind. Some of them are among the best known lines in cinema history. Another famous one is Bela Lugosi intoning "I never drink..wine" in Dracula (1931). Five years later Gloria Holden spoke the same line in Dracula's Daughter and actually delivered it better, I thought.

"I am Dracula. I bid you welcome."
Dracula (1931)

"Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make."
Dracula (1931)

"It's alive, it's alive!"
Frankenstein (1931)

"To a new world of gods and monsters!"
Bride of Frankenstein (1935)

"We belong dead!"
Bride of Frankenstein (1935)

"Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night, may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms, and the autumn moon is bright."
The Wolf Man (1941)

"You don't understand. Every night when the moon is full, I turn into a wolf."
"You and twenty million other guys."
Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein (1948)

"To a new world of gods and monsters!" was spoken by Dr Pretorious (Ernest Thesiger) in Bride of Frankenstein. Gods and Monsters was also the title of an excellent 1998 film with Ian McKellen portraying director James Whale.

And I remember cracking up the first time I saw the above scene between Larry Talbot (Lon Chaney Jr) and Wilbur (Lou Costello) in Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein.
