I visited with Suzanne today in the hospital. She is not doing very well, they are going to keep her for about 4 or 5 more days. They are trying to kill that infection in her lung with antibiotics. I spoke with a doctor today and a pulmonary specialist who was in to see her as well. They are taking a wait and see approach until they feel she is strong enough to proceed with possibly sticking a camera down her throat for a closer look at what's going on. She needs to be more stable to do that though. She had a really rough night last night, they almost had to put her in ICU her breathing was so bad. She had a temp. of 103 yesterday but that seems to be under control for now. The pulmonary guy took her off food until tomorrow, they didn't want things to get complicated if she had another bad episode like last night, so obviously she is not happy about that. She called him a bastard for taking her food away after he left...lol. She still has spunk. She is also on a catheter since they don't want her exhausting herself, she is not happy about that either. She had several visitors today, her friend Patty, Sally from her old church, her friend Troy and his son Austin and Darris her son was there later.

Please keep her in your prayers, both the nurse and the doctor told me she was a fighter and I said..."yeah, tell me something I don't already know". This week is an important test of strength for her.
