I live in San Mateo County California. Like you I have a loved one that was illegally conserved. For the past seven years the public guardians office has slowly drained all of the money. They have wanted to get the house since the beginning. I have gone to the F.B.I. with my story, and from what I can gather the agent I spoke with took a bribe to trash can my complaint. the F.B.I. has no record of my meeting with the agent. Our story's maybe different in a lot of ways but when it comes right down to it. It is not about what is best for the elderly it is about POWER AND MONEY. This corruption is bigger then you or I can even dare to imagine. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. Have you had any luck. Please write me back and let me know.
