Subject: My Dad

My dad was a wonderful father to his three daughters. Always a smile and a laugh... He was my best friend, and I am completely davastated... He was such an intelligent man and taught me so much about the "biz". I live in Los Angeles. The hardest part for me is knowing that I will never be able to talk to him again. He always gave me wonderful advice, and let me know when I was messing up. If anyone should want to contact me, my e-mail is reneecooper72@yahoo.com I would love to hear stories about him. I miss him soooooo much, and all I do is cry. I wish he were here so I could call him and ask his opinion on anything and everything as I always have. It's so nice to see how many people's lives he touched. I miss you Dad, and still can't believe you're not here any longer. You will always be in my heart.

Love, Renee

I was already working at Atlanitc when Perry started there. Can't remember the year...late 70's? He was always very sweet to me, the laughs were very frequent. My favorite moment...being introduced to Angus Young (AC/DC) for the first time. What a hoot that was.

About 8+ years ago, I was walking on Broadway at 65th St. and noticed a guy wearing an AC/DC t-shirt. Then I looked at the face and it was Perry. We stood talking for close to an hour, he gave me his card and we parted laughing.

My condolences to his girls and the entire family. He will definitely be missed.
