Subject: Perry Cooper

Thank you Perry Cooper...since the news came.. I did not think I could cry so hard for a friend so far.
Perry and I met in Chicago when I was a new hire in promo for Atlantic, in no time I was living with him in Stony Point. Some of you will understand how that happened!! Tracey and Rene where very patient with me... I didn't last long. Back to AZ for me but oh the memories...
And even thou I never returned to the east he stayed in touch and we had many long distance laughs. I felt that we would always be friends and once lovers. Thou I was young(he liked them younger!!)I felt we would always be old friends.
So now when I hear so many songs that will always remind me of Perry, I will shed a tear for the love we shared and the joy he was.I am so glad I didn't miss the dance with Perry....When someone would ask me to describe Perry, I would always say "Radar O'Riely"....Ellen...I was attracted to him for much of the same reason's...he made me laugh. Girls, if you ever get out this way to Sedona, dad told me someone has a timeshare...look me up. My prayers and thoughts are with you all...I shall miss him too. Someday I would love to tell you about the "turkey story". In closing I hope that the love of your dad lives on forever in the stories to come..remember that "being loved summons your strength-loving deeply summons your courage...RIP Perry,Love you always, Laura
