The house was real. It was on Ann St next to a church and near a movie theater. The house was torn down in late 2004 or early 2005. On vacation I went to Ann St to see it for myself and whatever may have presented it self for me but it was alreday torn down and became a parking lot for the church.
I then started a hunt for the officers involved and one had been institutionalized form the trauma while another one was still a policeman.
I was able to speak to him and he reluctantly shared that it was all true and he will never forget the time he was in the house. It was featured on Unsolved Mysteries and is available on DVD. That episode is about the Rainboy
