Subject: ATTENTION!!!!

Due to the incident that happened at a pageant in Texas I just want to reassure everyone attending Christmas in July on security and the front desk at the Hilton.

If you lock yourself out of your room, your key gets lost or deactivated. You will have to show ID at in order to get a replacement key. If your ID is in the room a security officer will escort you to your room and check your ID before releasing your key.

You may want to remember to keep your key away from your cell phone. They will deactivate your key. You may want to keep your ID on you in the event you loose your key.

Please understand the policy and they do this for your safety and the safety of their guests.
