OK, these two directories can be used for Chinese blogs or
other blogs that need free-speech redirecting. (I can see people misusing this service, but that's a different problem.)

http://www.troutlily.net/cblog

I put a file cblog.html in each of those directories that contains the single HTML line that you refer to in your
instructions (the URL for technorati etc.)

I am confused as to how this is supposed to work - how is
technorati going to know about my sites? Please add this
info to your "how to" section.
