There is actually a Chinese translation of the project page here: http://projab.jot.com/WikiHome/Chinese

And the idea has been blogged in a number Chinese sites, with the latest here:

So far, not that many Chinese bloggers are interested in moving their blogs abroad. We are still a couple of days away from the registration deadline and nobody knows if the authorities can really manage to shut down unregistered websites after the deadline.
