Not too surprised at this information. He is part of AECOM / AC FIRST a company that has been working in Afghanistan for 10 years and managed to have its employees sell military equipment for their personal profit for some years now in Kandahar but still won the eagle contract. I wouldn't be too surprised if they had insider help. Not only is the upper management corrupt, but the lower elements on their subcontracts display the same behavior.
