Col. John Alexander And Project Monarch

This is an article that can be appended to my other articles on 'Project Monarch' And MK ULTRA. This article

describes the involvement of Col. John Alexander And Victoria Alexander in 'Maser Mind Control' and Torture for

purposes of programming; and also using masers to torture dissidents critical of the US. Government.

They as well, program

MOnarch slaves for the purposes of sexual exploitation; (especially children and the young) and their involvement in

this too is pervasive....

John Alexander was a Green Beret in the military and then crossed over into the 'black ops world.' He was

involved in PROJECT PHEONIX in Vietnam, where Vietcong prisoners were brutally tortured and murdered.... He also is a

high ranking programmer with masers, along with his wife Victoria; much higher than Father Larry Dowdel, Cynthia

Stuart MD and Mick Tobin.... He has also been involved in torturing me with the rest of them.. Sensei John Denora who

died a few years ago was badly programmed and was being run by the Alexander's with mind control.. He was too strong;

he fought their programming and did not go along with their agenda.... So Col. John Alexander and the rest hit John

Denora with microwaves, infrasound, and ELF's calibrated to make him gravely ill with bone cancer; and they killed

him.... This is what happens to progammed slaves at a high level that do not go along....

Victoria Alexander was/is an agent of the CIA. She has been involved in helping create coup's against governments

that want nothing to do with US Capitalism. She also is a propaganda expert. She is the author of the Armen Victorian

(Victoria) and Val Valarian, (Val is her son's nickname, his real name is Vladamir) disinformation published by

"Lobster Magazine" and also this stuff is on the internet... She is a creative genius and far superior in

intelligence to her husband, Col. John Alexander, who has never said or written anything that he did not steal from

somebody else.

You can refer to my other articles about the technics of Masers and so forth. But he and Victoria are involved in

using them to create high ELF channels in the brain to format alters; and to use them and the hypnotic codes of high

infrasound to create coding/programming systems and hypnotic barriers to the alters that they have created with low

infrasound and biomorphic programming. They also use 'psychic driving' (voices in the head torture) microwave

tortures to burn the skin, and at high levels with high infrasound; to exacerbate nerves to create terrible pains in

the body; and also change the molecules of blood into drugs designed to torture etc.... They do all of this stuff to

dissidents that they want to torture, program and control, Or just torture into madness and suicide... John and

Victoria Alexander are monsters, and are committing crimes against humanity with the rest I have written about...

(Cynthia Stuart MD, Father Larry Dowdel, Mick Tobin, etc....

They are part of the Catholic Faction of the mind control networks, the others being "Cult Of Isis" and "Technical

Faction." They are involved in the "white slavery trafficking" of programmed children and even babies for purposes

of sexual exploitation.... The whole Catholic Church as well as CIA/NSA/DIA and their 'cutouts' in 'corporate

intelligence' are involved in this... I feel very sorry for their son Vladamir Alexander, (AKA VAL) because he seems

to be enslaved and programmed by his parents very badly... I was very stupid about how they all programmed me to

become Catholic and so forth, but I am smarter now and I avoid the Church. They also did a good job with keeping

me progammed to think that they were not involved with torturing me but they were, which goes back to 2003 when I was

friends with Sensei John Denora.... He was a great man, now in Hades where nobody will torture him

again...
