I would have to go with Chunk as my fave Goonies character. That scene where he is "confessing" all his bad deeds to the Fratellis still cracks me up. When I converted to Catholic we had to do our first confession and the priest said "you don't have to confess every bad thing you have ever done" I immediately thought of Chunk from The Goonies and had to try really hard not to laugh. So now everytime I go to confession I think of Chunk, "Then I stole my uncle Max's toupee and glued it on my face when I played Moses in my Hebrew school play"...is that wrong?
