Oh man! They really hurt! I let my boyfriend talk me into getting my nipple pierced, and it REALLY HURT!!!! I ended up taking it out and I swore I'd never pierce anything again!!

Yes. I pierced my left nipple, but it didn't hurt that bad. Unless you're comfortable with people seeing you naked, you probably don't want to do it. It only hurts when you're on your period because your breasts are tender and it hurts. But otherwise, it's okay. You attract alot of bad dudes though.
