- For anyone who watches "Women's Murder Club" (with Angie Harmon-ex L&O) on Friday nite, Joe Flanagan will be guest starring in next week's episode. Not sure what kind of role he has, tho. And the previews for next half-season's Atlantis look AWESOME! And TEAL'C!! In DREADS!!! And Carson rising from the dead and all sorts of good stuff!! I think I am actually looking foward to this season. What about the rest of y'all? -- MM, next Friday can't come soon enough 'cuz it's like a ghost town here...., 21:14:09 12/28/07 Fri [9]

I never heard of it. What station does it come on and what time/day? I was looking at you tube and apparently JF has been in quite a few shows. Not sure WHEN but, there are several clips. Since I have dial up.. forget it. I only download something at really looks promising. LOL! I have not seen the advertisement w/ Teal'c in dreadlocks, but did see Carson saying, "What took you so long!" Yeah! And yes, I can not WAIT. It's seems to have been forever since the last show. This season seems to have suddenly picked up. YEAH!!!!! (NT) -- Luoodles waving to near lift off., 20:06:59 12/29/07 Sat
- Moonlight is on CBS on Friday nights at 10 (eastern). WMC is on the same time on NBC. Moonlight is about a P.I. who just happens to be a Vampire, but this show has a different take on that aspect.....check it out ....the lead is a great looker too.

- I think WMC is on at 9pm, unless they changed the timeslot very recently. It's actually a pretty good show. It's about this group of four women pals who are in different aspects of law enforcement and every week they get together to solve a crime, and then celebrate with margaritas at the end. It's kind of like Law and Order meets Sex and the City, 'cuz they're always trying to set up Angie's character on blind dates. Catch it some time. And I've only seen just one ad with Teal'c, and from the angle the ad took, he seems like a bad guy! I watched it and went, Huh? But I don't have any spoilers, so we'll just have to see. (NT) -- MariMata, has anyone seen the previews for that new show, 'Cashmere Mafia' with Lucy Liu? I'm most certainly going to check that out. I mean, I love my sci-fi but I like the 'girlie' shows too!, 22:15:09 12/29/07 Sat

And kicking that colonel's butt for trashing Rodney!! If she was still at SGC, she would never have done that because of their rivalry thing they had going. And I can see why Rodney's more comfortable with her around because she's not out to steal his thunder, but she can still contribute because of her galaxy-wide scientific background. AND we caught Ronan in a muy tender moment. Who saw that and did'nt say, aww. Ok, well, maybe nobody, ahem. AND I was expecting FRAN in that very last shot, not LIZ. I mean, they couldn't have just created this character and then dropped her that quickly...could they? CARSON'S BACK!!!!! Go here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hl7qp7hd1tk You'll have to cut and paste.
Highlight to read my son't theory! LOL! My son thinks the Carson that exploded was a replicator and the REAL Carson has been a prisoner ... somewhere. MY theory is... Carson had nanights in his blood and by the time he got back to earth, they popped the coffin.. and out popped CARSON. The NID has had him under lock and key ever since.
Well... it's a theory at least. My other idea is when the WRAITH turned back into WRAITH that time Carson gave them all the human virus, they did.. something to him then. Oh I don't know, but.. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that he's back. Hope they KEEP him, the dingleberries! What were they THINKING? LOL! O.k. Back to work. HOLA, everyone and ..

- Went to the GateWorld site via the link above and they left a bit out from the quote they have in the piece... -- Lady C, 17:19:37 12/08/07 Sat [4]
(From GateWorld) "Be All My Sins Remember'd" is the second installment of the mid-season two-parter, following "This Mortal Coil." Both titles are from Hamlet's famous "To be or not to be" soliloquy from Shakespeare's Hamlet, Act 3 Scene 1:
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;
(another 18 1/2 lines in here)
... Soft you now!
The fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons
Be all my sins remember'd.
It seems that Hamlet is the source of a lot of tv episode titles....especially Star Trek ones.

- I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I read this; there was a Star Trek:TNG episode that had the character Q, played by John DeLancie (the NID(?)baddie in SG1), ask Picard what he'll do now that he's "shuffled off the mortol coil" in "Tapestry",the one where the capt'n thinks he's dead but really not. Of course everyone knows that Patrick Stewart is a Shakesperean actor, so maybe those PTB did that purposely. (NT) -- MariMata, 21:05:29 12/09/07 Sun
- I can't quite comment on this past week's eppy cuz I watched a bunch of other Atlantis repeats that were aired this weekend and unfortunately I have them all jumbled up in my noggin. Oh wait, they were Replicators, right? And they thought they got Weir back but they didn't, a lot of it didn't make sense, mostly because i haven't kept up with the eppys to date, and also because all that Replicator tech stuff gives me a fron-ache. So.That's my analysis. (NT) -- MM, 21:14:30 12/09/07 Sun

I SURVIVED Thanksgiving and have FINISHED my Christmas letter. I can BREATH again! LOL!!! -- Luoodles, 06:04:08 12/03/07 Mon [5]
Now, anyone want to talk about last weeks Atlantis.. or this weeks upcoming show???
I thought last weeks was pretty good. Rodney seems to be growing a backbone. Liked the interaction between he and his sister and he and Sheppard, particularly when he told him he was in his command and, "No." Also... and write this down, enjoyed Ronan. He definitely had some cute parts this week. All in all a good episode. AND... AND... lands a goshin, it was WEBB! LOL! I'm sorry, but whenever I see him in anything, I think of him on JAG. I was waiting for him to say his wife's name was MAC.
Next week's ep looks good. I read (highlight to read) all the characters have replicator counterparts in next weeks ep. I wonder if this is the one (and how) they bring Carson back. I've read multiple times that at the end of last season they "showed us" how they were going to do it... but that no one picked up on it. Perhaps this is what they were talking about. However, having said that, all the other stuff I've read say they are bringing Carson back for real, in the flesh, not a double or twin or in AU. So... we shall see what comes.
Anyone else what to share their thoughts and feelings???

- Interesting. I liked Shep's line towards the end----to much info at once. I wonder if that may be an allegory to the Information Age? True, a person's Free Will can always change any future prediction, like when Sam decided not to open fire. She just thought, "Unh-unh, I ain't going there", or something Sam-ish to that extent. It's like the show wanted to prove how far she's come as a leader, which, after 10+years, I would hope is considerable. And I think Shep and Sam work pretty well together. Similar sensibilities. (NT) -- MariMata, ok, I'm just trying to find something good about all these episodes, since they're basically all we have now, Stargate wise, except, you know, reruns., 20:33:46 11/18/07 Sun
- Okay so the only prediction that didn't come true was the Atlantis is destroyed one? Bet it'll come back to haunt us. I'm still coming to terms with Sam being in chage, not that I don't think she could do it....I guess I'm just slow to accept change and to me, much as I like Sam, she should be at Stargate Command working with SG-1. Maybe by the second half of the season I'll have come around. (NT) -- Carrotts, 19:52:24 11/19/07 Mon
I am sooooo tired from cleaning and cleaning and cleaning and getting ready for the white glove test from the in-laws on Thursday. Sigh. It is not EASY to pass the white glove test when you homeschool three children and have so many farm animals... half of which enter your home on a fairly regular basis... that you've given up countng them. SIgh. PLUS I got the brilliant idea to rearrange my FURNITURE before they came... including the piano. That was one of those BAD ideas.
Anyway, on to the show..
I liked it. I would have liked Sheppard to have shaken hands w/ the guy, but.. sigh, it was not to be. ANd I was HOPING when Sam shook hands with him she was going to see a great big wedding featuring herself and Jack. But oh nooooooo. She has to see Atlantis breaking in half. SIgh. And good golly, does Teyla REALLY NEED to be having a baby? I mean, they could have hidden it like most other shows. SIgh. (NT) -- Oh no... I think this is a report from Grumpy Lu again so I'd best stop. Need to go back and CLEAN so more., 19:44:58 11/20/07 Tue

Did anyone watch last nights episode? -- Luoodles, 19:53:24 11/10/07 Sat [4]
I like it. I would have liked it more if they guys were in it, but... still.. thought it was a pretty good ep. Wish they had made the new doctor not quite so...wimpy.. but, she got her act together by the end of the show. Boy, howdy, Teyla sure did a lot of whup up in this one. And then of course they drop the bomb at the end of the episode. Highlight to read. Spoilers ahead: Well, I guess this is how they explain... and leave out the "daddy." He's been taken by the wraith and is conveniently dead... maybe. O.k. Here's my story prediction. Daddy is gone. She turns to Shep. THey end up in love, and... original daddy shows up. Angst insues. SIgh.
So, does anyone else have any thoughts and feelings they'd like to share????

- Yup, yup, yup, I liked it too. It's funny that we were just talking about how Atlantis has been pretty wimpy lately and along comes an ep like this, which turned out to be pretty good. I liked the interplay between the two women-one wild at heart and quite willing and able to open up a can of whup-a@@ on the bad guys, the other, well, being a scaredy-cat; but it's not like she's had any experience with something like that. She did okay, considering. It was as if she was the lone voice of reason to keep Tey'la from getting all wild and feral. I wonder who the guy they saved really was? And Ronan's growing on me too; I like his aloof irreverance towards everything, except his friends, of course. Anyone else? (NT) -- MariMata, 22:20:29 11/10/07 Sat
- I got so tired of hearing the new doc whine about everything, that I fast forwarded through most of the episode. I like her character on Atlantis, but off-world she makes Rodney look stalwart. (NT) -- KatRose, 08:46:13 11/12/07 Mon
- I liked it. Kinda wondered how wimp-doctor made it to Atlantis in the first place. I mean didn't the psych profile catch the wuss factor? I understand taking McKay for his brilliance - but I haven't seen that burst from the doc yet. Had to laugh at her summer camp story (after Teyla's story) and when she said that eating gross food was her least fav. part of Survivor. Mine, too. I'd a gone a little longer without eating raw ground dweller guts. yucka-mucka. But then I've got a bit more meat on my bones to sustain me. So is Teyla the only one of her people who can fight like that? How come? Is it that Wraith connection thing? And I wouldn't have pictured Teyla with a man such as the one she described. I'd a thought she'd go for a more "A" type. Go figure. (NT) -- Carrotts, 07:09:52 11/13/07 Tue

Anyone want to discuss tonight's ep? -- Luoodles, 05:36:02 11/02/07 Fri [5]
From what I've read everyone loses their memeory except for Ronan and Teyla. Sounds like my house. Did you do the dishes? "I forgot." Where's your shoes? "I can't remember." Sigh.
Anyway, hope it will be a good episode. I wasn't all that thrilled w/ last weeks. Sort of much ado about nothing. I watched a season 3 episode of the original Stargate this past week and good golly. It was SO much better then any of the eps I've seen thus far this year on Atlantis. Not sure why they can't seem to get that.... feel that SG grabbed right away, but... There is a drastic difference. Still, I enjoy Atlantis. Just keep hoping for better. It seems like in 4 years they should have hit their stride by now. I just don't get that feeling. Maybe because they keep dumping cast members???

Awwwww.... Rodney's in love. How sweet. Maj. Lorne should be a REGULAR... unless of course that means they will immediately kill him. I liked Sam's hair. That's about all the comments I'm good for at the moment. I need to go to bed. (NT) -- Luoodleszzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, 20:14:56 11/02/07 Fri
- I think I agree with you, Lu; it's not that it isn't a good show, it's just that we're used to the 'outta sight' episodes that SG1 provided, now, except for a few good ones, we're having to settle for ho-hum ones from Atlantis. And I think the cast chemistry, while most certainly there, isn't the same either. (NT) -- MariMata, I'm beginning to like Sam's hair; long hair never usually worked on her, but she makes it work this time., 12:22:19 11/05/07 Mon
- Didn't ya just know that plant girl was going to die? I'm so glad she didn't. Loved, loved, loved a concerned Rodney. Sam's hair is growing on me, but seriously, she's not military any more? Anyway I would have felt so at home in Atlantis this week - I never remember a face. I don't know about that chemistry either - sumthin's off. I think it might be because Sam can't be Sam because she has to be Weir, and that throws the whole universe off kilter. I'll go in... -- Carrotts, 12:44:18 11/06/07 Tue

O.k. I'll go first mostly because.... well.. you're always first if you're the only one available! LOL! Anyway, o.k. my "list." The City. I’d park it closer to the main land. I suppose they need deep water but... I’d get it as close as I could. THAT way when the pesky gate has a problem ONCE AGAIN they can just boat on over and at least be on dry land instead of SHARK BAIT OOO HAA HAA! Sorry, had a little flashback to Finding Nemo there...
Jack, welcome back, here’s the keys to the city. (Carter will be too busy planning her lavish wedding ceremony.)
Sheppard finds a girlfriend. ANY girlfriend, but preferably Teyla. More Sheppard centric episodes. I like watching Captain Kirk storylines, not “crew” story lines.
Ronan cuts his hair and purchases a personal shield. Honestly, how many more times are we going to see this guy bleeding? (NT) -- Rodney is only allowed to whine for ¼ of the episode, and can only say the problem he is about to solve is impossible ONCE every six episodes. Make that ten.
Lorne get’s bumped up to regular team member. Gosh, I like Lorne. LOL!, 06:13:11 10/22/07 Mon
Teyla gets a boyfriend, specifically Maj. Sheppard. She does not get pregnant, they get married on the final ep of the series.
Zelenka outsmarts Rodney at least twice per season.
Carson comes back, slaps everyone for hiring a new doctor already, then goes back to work as if he was never gone. He must say, “He’s dead, John,” at least every other episode.
The new doctor stays as they finally realize ONE doctor is not enough for an entire city. She is assigned to Ronan 24/7 to prevent anymore frontier surgery and to keep him supplied in Band-Aids.
Episode ideas: 1) Sea Monster! ALSO, the sea monster should be an ongoing problem for them throughout the season. Sea Monster!Sea Monster!Sea Monster!
2) a Maj. Lorne centered episode. Oh hush. I like Maj. Lorne! LOL!
3) more replicator episodes with the ORIGINAL replicater spider buggy things. (NT) -- t
they need a PET. A dog/cat/chicken. I can supply any & all.LOL! Anyway, they need something running around Atlantis (besides the sea monster).
4) More Wraith episodes. That’s all I can think of off the top of my head &before coffee.Anyone else like to share their thoughts & feelings? Lu, 06:17:45 10/22/07 Mon
How bout.......the whole regular cast of SG1 and the cast of Atlantis on one episode? Huh? Anyone? Granted, it would probably be the most expensive due to actors' salaries alone but....oh well, that's pretty much my one and only idea. (NT) -- MariMata, 21:29:59 10/23/07 Tue
- 1880s, huh? Dare I envision a Pride and Prejudice-type episode concerning Sam and, well, pick whomever you want to play Mr.Darcy, ladies, although I have a sneaking suspicion who it could be...And then Rodney can play Bingley and the new doctor can be Jane. Woo-hoo! Let's start filming! LOL!! (NT) -- MariMata, just finished watching the movie, so havin a little fun with it. There's a shipper story for you, Lu!, 21:29:32 10/24/07 Wed
- Point taken, point taken, Junkie, but you get the love-story-ish idea, right? I mean, with this big Austen revival we've got going on now, I'm wondering if it would make a really good episode. I mean, they've gone to 1969, why not the early 1800s? And Gaslight I have not seen, but I just saw a really good oldie w/Cary Grant and......Joan Fontaine, I wanna say, but I'm not sure, Grant marries a gal who starts to suspect he's a murderer. Love those oldies. It's like the movie stars of today have nuthin' on them, you know? (NT) -- MariMata, 22:05:16 10/25/07 Thu
- How 'bout a Harry Potter crossover......I still want Alan Rickman to be Snape, though! Carter could be Harry, Shepard as Hermoine, McKay as Ron, etc. (NT) -- Frances They could save the worlds from 'she who is unspeakable'....Weir! You knew that was coming. LOL, 03:30:04 10/26/07 Fri
- If I had the keys Weir would come back and get with Sheppard (that's how you spell it?). They would have the first true hy-brid babies. Second choice would be the new alien lady that just took him captive, though. I liked her. Ronan would get with Teyla. No babies yet. Sam would have gotten with Jack a long time ago and they'd have several little terrors wreaking havoc all over Atlantis. Rodney would get the lady that was inside him. Absolutely NO babies. Rodney's new sidekick would get with..uhm, lemme think more on that one. New Doctor would get with that guy who always flies the big spaceship around. SPOILERS BELOW FOR LAST NIGHTS AND FUTURE EPS.
What is with these folks and the medical profession? LOL! Poor Doctor Heightmyer. Gee whiz. I liked her. And to make her die in her sleep 'cause she thought she fell off Atlantis. GACK! Also.... was I the only one wondering why Teyla didn't kick John's butt when he blocked her path trying to help Kate? I mean... Teyla beats up RONAN on a regular basis. Seems to me she could have flipped John over the railing and saved Kate. I suppose since it was a dream... Anyway, liked the episode. Wish they hadn't killed Kate. Found the clown part exceedingly funny.
Oh! You folks with eagle eyes... did anyone see Jack's picture in Sam's quarters? Just wondering. Also, the teaser they showed of Teyla and John hugging we finally saw last night. SIgh. Not much to it. Darn. Do these people not have ONE shipper amoungst them?
I did think it was cute when Ronan told the new Doc that Sheppard was unattached and she quickly corrected him. Btw, I read RONAN and the new doc were supposed to have some sort of shipperness between them. We shall see. Sigh. I wish they would give Sheppard a girlfriend. Specifically Teyla... but.. since she's going to reveal her pregnancy soon... I'm thinking that might throw a bit of a wet towel on that hope. SIgh.

THEY RENEWED ATLANTIS FOR A FIFTH SEASON!!!! -- Luoodles oh so happy!!!!, 12:11:48 10/24/07 Wed [1]
YEAH!!!!! They renewed Atlantis!!! Woo Hoo!!!
From GateWorld:
"Stargate Atlantis will continue to a fifth season on SCI FI Channel, the network announced today.
SCI FI ordered 20 episodes for Season Five of the series, which despite lower ratings this year has maintained its status as one of the cable channel's most-watched original dramas.
"'Atlantis' truly came out from under the shadow of its sister series this year and proved that it's a hit in its own right," said Mark Stern, Executive Vice President of original programming for SCI FI Channel. Variety picked up the story yesterday in an evening report.
Other shows renewed include Eureka for a third season. The fate of Flash Gordon is still uncertain. A brand new series, titled Revolution, has also received the green light.
Atlantis's fourth season will end on a cliffhanger when the season finale, "The Last Man," airs in March.
Keep your browser locked on GateWorld for the latest developments on Atlantis's future, and the future of the Stargate franchise! New episodes of Stargate Atlantis continue every Friday at 10 p.m. Eastern and Pacific."
Yeah!! I'm doing the happy dance! Looks like they renewed Eureka, also. I have to say I won't cry in my soup if they ax Flash Gordon. Good golly, that show is pitiful. Anyway, soooo very happy we get at least one more year of Atlantis. I think after we have finished the "if I had the keys thread" we should mail it to the powers that be. LOL! So... anyone want to talk about the upcoming episode DOPPELGANGER? -- Luoodles, 05:56:13 10/16/07 Tue [7]
There seems to me more buzz then usual on this episode. Possibly because it is Sheppard centric but.. who knows? From what I have gathered WHOOP! WHOOP! Spoiler Alert! Don't read below if you don't want to be spoiled!

O.k. from what I've read Sheppard gets zapped by a crystal ala the same way Jack did several seasons ago. In that episode Crystal Jack went to Jack's former home to "fix" Jack's problem. Unfortunately the "problem" was Charlie and so of course could not be fixed. Very touching episode. ANyway, back to Atlantis. In this ep the crystal is BAD. It takes over Sheppard or infects him in some way that causes folks on Atlantis to have Sheppard nightmares in various forms. I suppose this must be their token Haloween episode as I've seen mention of Nightmare on Elm Street type movies. Of course Sheppard has talked about these movies before so... maybe it's using his sub-conscience to make up the scary nightmares.. or maybe it's using the other folks. Don't know. I read Rodney (I think) ends up in a boat with CLOWN Sheppard. Also read that Lorne is barefooted in some scene. Not sure how scary that would be.. unless he has feet like mine! LOL! ANyone want to speculate on any of the above? Or.. anything for that matter? LOL!

Crickets! I hear CRICKETS! LOL! (NT) -- Luoodles, 13:37:34 10/16/07 Tue
- I was walking on the beach in Fla. one night a few weeks ago and the crabs and other creepy-crawlies came out and started touching me. That was pretty scary. Uhm which one is Lorne? And Rodney's afraid of clowns? He looks like he'd fear clowns... or butterflies - you know - something innocuous. I have a niece who is deathly afraid of birds, took her to a bird show once..never do, never do - but I digress, LOL! Sorry. (NT) -- Carrotts, 09:52:02 10/17/07 Wed
I couldn't catch Atlantis last week since I didn't get out of work until 1:30 in the morning, but I shan't be working that late this week, so methinks I can catch this Halloweenie ep; but, ya know, can't They think of something better than "SHEP'S POSSESSED!!' I mean, geez, I'll just go rent the Exorcist or something. (NT) -- MariMata, beg pardon, little cranky tonite., 22:33:59 10/17/07 Wed
- Ew. Watching this week's right now. Kinda grody. Very Halloween-time type ep. Reminds me of a milder version of those 'horror' flicks that are out nowadays. Don't like them either. Like the new doc, though. And hardly any Sam, she being written out of episodes already? Rodney's hysterical though, talking about those crazy dreams of his. Of COURSE Sam would be in one. And why didn't Ronan just JUMP out of the grave? He wasn't tied down or anything. (NT) -- MariMata, rambling away, that's what happens when I type and drink at the same time., 21:33:44 10/19/07 Fri
- And they have a SHRINK too! Ala Counselor TROI! LOL! Or had one anyway. But it's not over yet, so, let's see what happens. (NT) -- MM, 21:43:18 10/19/07 Fri

Well..... -- Luoodles, 20:27:39 10/12/07 Fri [14]
Sam transitioned to Atlantis nicely. Still seems odd, though. Like her ponytail do. It was nice to see Teal'c again.
O.k. Don't look Westcoasters if you don't want to be spoiled....

I did NOT suspect Ronan's old team would be in cahoots w/ the Wraith. I thought maybe they would try to steal the jumper or something was up w/ them, but I did NOT think they were Wraith worshippers.
"Teyla" is showing. Thought they got fairly creative w/ the overhead shots, etc., but you could still tell.
Overall I thought the ep was o.k. Not the best one I've seen, but o.k. Little too much gore for me btw. I hope that isn't what we get w/ the 10 p.m. slot.
I liked the shot of the city at night. Btw, I think they succeeded in giving it a different ... feel on the new planet.
Next week's ep looks good.. but.. didn't we already do this before on SG-1???? Or sort of. Anyway, we shall see!!!

On the IMDB site under Torri Higgenson's bio, she has a quote saying that she went to her first convention, and that she met this"adorable group of girls who called themselves SHIPPERS who had fantasies about Shep and and Weir getting it on in closets. It's very weird." LOLOLLMAO!!! Hmm, would that be anyone HERE, I wonder? LOLOL!! -- MariMata, 22:55:10 10/05/07 Fri [5]

Thought for a minute there I was becoming one of those "Cat" ladies... -- Carrotts - who is going to move to the city, 10:11:40 08/23/07 Thu [6]
You know one of those eccentric ladies who die and then you find they had like a million cats? As I was pulling into the driveway a couple of evenings ago I noticed a dark cat slipping into the garage where NotMousey lives. Proud of myself for recognizing the fact I hollered "Hey, you're not NotMousey! Go home!" and then went on in the house hoping it would eat NotMousey's food and then travel on. I don't need a NotNotMousey. .. .. Well early yesterday morning I had a rather rude awakening. Turns out NotNotMousey isn't a cat. Nope. NotNotMousey is a skunk! The fumes wafting though my air conditioner vents were my first clue. A quick trip to the garage confirmed it. I hate to laugh at poor miserable NotMousey but that karma is something ain't it? By the way, anyone want to come air out my garage?
Oh and to keep some-what on the Board subject. When does the next season of Atlantis start? :-)

Well... anyone want to share their thoughts and feelings? -- Luoodles - apparently obsessed w/ sea serpents! Well.. would it kill them to have ONE? I mean.. they're in an OCEAN. Those whale things did NOT count. At all., 20:13:47 10/05/07 Fri [4]
I thought tonights ep was another winner. I have to say I'm getting tired of Rodney's "we're not going to make it, I can't do it, it can't be done, etc. etc. etc." He needs a new tune to sing. Also, it looks like next week is another Ronon gets the begeebers beat out of him.. again. GAD I'm getting tired of that particular tune, also.
Hmmm.... this is sounding mysteriously like a WHINE! LOL! So... back to tonight. I liked it. I was a little heartened by the mention of the giant land snake. Apparently they just can't make themselves HAVE a sea serpent.. but... I was thinking the giant land snake might take a side trip into the ocean some day....

- They ran a preview for next week? I didn't see it, they didn't run it for the the 2nd airing, just some previews for some stupit vampire film. So... I liked it too. And yeah, Rodney's grating is getting a bit waaaay over the top, but I guess the writers do that deliberately to contrast all the different personalities on the show. It's quite an interesting character study, really. But maybe now that Sam is there, well, actually, he might get worse on second thought, I dunno. And, in a way, sacrificing Weir was probably a good thing, 'cuz she was able to command the Reps to attack the Wraith. So, something, at least. All in all, good one. (NT) -- MariMata, oh, and Shep called Ronan Chewie! CHEWIE! HarHarLMAO!!! Now all he needs is the 'wufwufwuf'!, 22:26:32 10/05/07 Fri
- I wa5tch ER and there is a character, Dr. Moris, who use to be a cross between a suck up and a know it all. Maybe the writers of Atlantis should take the cue from the writers of ER. Morris is now a "real" human and a much more likeable character. (NT) -- TV Junkie Mom, 15:40:19 10/06/07 Sat

- Coolio! Best Atlantis I've seen in a while (which isn't much since I didn't watch it as much as SG1), and loved that ending! The episode smacked of an elaborate maze that the whole team had to wind through with problem after problem cropping up at every turn, but they did great (well, that's sci-fi for ya, I suppose!). (NT) -- MariMata, hope I didn't give anything away!, 22:20:03 09/28/07 Fri
I have to say, I liked it! I wasn't looking all that forward to Carter joining the cast, as I think she belongs on SG-1 and not Atlantis. Still, I enjoyed seeing her character. Hopefully it will all work out well. I liked the story and the whoops! we have another problem... WHOOPS! We have ANOTHER probl..WHOOOOPS!!!! We have still ANOTHER PROBLEM and they're all BAD ones. LOL! Poor Rodney. Enjoyed the forced decision making among all the main cast and the friction it caused.. namely Rodney saving Elizabeth w/ the nanites. Zelenka is quickly becoming my new "Carson," though.. I sure miss him. Like the new doctor quite a bit. Oh.. one complaint: Where was Maj. Lorne? Sigh. LOL! O.k. I have another Lu story.... -- Luoodles, 07:46:56 07/14/07 Sat [13]
Lot's of you folks know I ship hatching eggs as a small business. Well... one of my customers e-mailed the other day to tell me my box of eggs put a hospital on "lock down!" It seems she had to make an unexpected side trip to the ER (minor injury) on the way home from the p.o., and she tried to take the egg box into the hospital with her. The guard wouldn't let her in the hospital with the box. When she complained the eggs would get too hot sitting in her car, the guard called the cops! She told him he was being silly, and since he wouldn't let her take them in, she said, "You hold them and I'll get them from you when I come out." She then proceeded to try to hand my box of eggs to the guard. Alarms started going off all around, and she asked what had happened. He said, "I just hit "'the button.'" Anyway, cops, bomb sniffing dogs, and several hours latter, the police opened my box... to find my poor little eggy babies. That poor lady! Can you imagine?! LOL!
