I work in a large department store, we made a bad stop of a lady who we thought was going to leave the store with a purse on her arm, we didnt see her conceal the item, and simple stopped her although still in the store walkin, and shopping. we thought she was going to leave. Now she's hired an attorney and they've now asked for the video footage. we are worried, and didnt give them all of the close-ups and editing some of the scenes. what else can we do?
