Even though Marshalls and TJmaxx are the same I have onlt worked for Marshalls, and I understand that it's no quite as fun at Maxx. But I can say that the 3 years I was at Marshalls I received great training, advancement opportunities, and Wicklander. I the 3+ years my pay started at $10.25 Hourly and I left 3 years later at $38,000 yearly.

Even though I left the company on bad terms, I respect the company and the knowledge I have gained from being assocaited with them.
