I AM CURRENTLY A LOSS PERVENTION OFFICER FOR BEST BUY AND FORMERLY AN EMPLOYEE FOR TARGET STORES LOSS PERVENTION AND WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEAPOLE TRANSFER FROM THE HOME DEPOT SAYING THAT THE REASON THEY LEFT IS TO MUCH PREASURE TO GET AN IMPOSIBLE NUMBER OF STATS. ALSO THE AMOUNT OF WEAPON RELATED STATS THAT THEY ARE INVOLVED IN.I FOUND OUT THAT THE L.P POLICYS AT THE HOME DEPOT DONT INCLUDE ANY THING ABOUT NOT TAKING STATS WHITH WEAPONS. I THINK THE KEY TO THEM NOT HOLDING ON TO THER GOOD EMPLOYEES IS THAT THEY JUST DONT TREAT THERE EMPLOYEES WHITH RESPECT.
