Yes, just look like the customers that live in your area of town. Look like you are shopping, talk on your cell phone. Don't use employee entrances, if your store has one. Use the main entrance. Does your company have a dress code for LP? Mine does not, so I dress like an "average joe". Also, don't walk to floor too often, don't be seen too much. I walk my floor maybe 3 times an hour. I have my detectives walk the floor about twice an hour. Another mistake I see LP doing in stores, don't stand around and talk to the associates too much, it will give you away.
