instigated this psycho's actions. He was and still is a horrible animal and had actually committed like crimes in other states before committing this one.
I just think that modesty is good because if you ask any man, they have to turn their heads alot. I know that turning one's head is not that hard and I know every man is capable of doing just that, but why wouldn't we want to teach our girls to respect their privacy and respect those around them by keeping dressed. Teenage brothers, uncles, other dads, etc. should not have to go around with their eyes shut as to not offend anyone by accidentally seeing something when all we have to do is wear a stinkin' shirt under our dresses before taking them off and putting shorts on.
