Lachlan gazed at the stag with awe. Such a strange creature! Almost as if he wanted to be touched, but feared it as well. The stag's head was relaxed, the hessian had definatly relaxed since the rope had been layed to rest. He smiled slowly, then walked a few feet closer to the stag, admiring his blood breedings. He might be pure, he imagined it, a wild friesian herd, full of pure blodded friesians...the possibilities were endless. He took note that the stag listened to his voice. He went on,
"Yes Lad, the land is beautiful, a paradise. But think of what could happen? What has happened. Rough ropes and forced actions take place here, unwanted attention from this a'cursed place. Most likely some blood shed as well. I'm offering you and alternative to this pain, a pass if ye will'in to call it that. I'll I ask o' ye is courage."
He told the stag softly, eyeing his slowly, from crown to banner tip. Fine indeed was the hessian infront of him, almost a match for Brethrine.
