Have you ever picked up a Dragonriders book? Want to try your hand at a Pernese RPG, but can't seem to find one without impossible word-limits? Do you just want to try RPing a human, but don't like the M-ratings? Try Golden Skies, a new Pern RPG!
Golden Skies is the only Pernese RPG to allow their members to play not only holders, hall folk, and dragonriders, but also the wild creatures of Pern! Please join! We need members for all types of characters, and there are many high ranking dragonriders open, more normal ones, and as many more holdfolk as you want!

History
Before, there was a plague that swept over the planet of Pern. The plague is gone, but the aftermath remains. Dragons, the planet's only defense against the alien Thread, are nearly extinct. There are no mature queens left. One adult bronze and eleven dragonets survived. The dragonets were injected with firelizard and dolphin blood before they hatched and they lived through the plague. But the injections did other things to them too...
Begin
In front of you stands a seventeen-turn-old women. You ask a question but she doesn't answer immediately. She seems lost in a trance for a moment and quickly comes back. She asks you who you are. You start to say your name but a glimmer from a open door in the weyr distracts you. You want to investigate but the woman is quickly growing impatient. She tells you to spit out an answer already when a another glimmer appears and a silver dragon is at her side. You are now totally stunned. Dragons were never silver. Ever. Can't you just say something already? A voice in your mind demands. You stammer your name out and the woman relaxes a bit. Now that wasn't hard was it? The women asks you. Now you are freaked out but the woman laughs. My name is Arrian. There are also Eliana, Raven and L�ar, to name a few. Does my dragon scare you? I can have her leave a moment. Arrian loses herself in a trace and the silver dragon grumbles but leaves in a shimmer. There now. We can get you fixed up and signed in at the office to become a offical citizen.Golden Skies
