Subject: It's grey here!!!

Meet Rusty our new Congo African Grey! He arrived two days ago. Rusty saw the Vet on Wednesday and had his/her blood taken for tests.
I saw Rusty when s/he didn't have but a few feathers but really wasn't sure if I should add another bird to my group. Finally after weeks pasted and I visited Rusty more, I decided that I'd bring him home. Rusty loves to be held and is super sweet. Rusty is also saying a few words which is really surprising to me since s/he was born 5/30/05. As you can see below Rusty gets his/her name because of the red that showed up after feathering out. The vet thinks s/he might keep it but other's say they lose that coloring as the get older.
