I have a metal platform in his cage but not on the play area were he comes out to play. I need to redo that play area so he will have a flat place to perch, if he needs to go there. Yesterday, after I wrote the note about him, his left side froze up and he could not move once again. So I just cuddled him up saying it would be OK. He grunted to me and then was fine. He got his feet back in control and was happy to just be cuddled in my chest.
