Subject: Benni went for her annual vet visit today

and boy oh boy is she really laying on the guilt factor lol. Ya woulda thunk i had taken her to slaughter by her pouting. Actually she was a good girl for the vet, although try and try and try again they couldnt get her to stay on the scale to weigh her this time.
Wont know the results of her avain profile (blood work) for a few days but vet said everything looked good. We've been monitoring a few lab values which werent quite up to par when i adopted her almost 2 years ago and hopefully everhthing will be back to where it should be this time. Vet gave me some nasal drops to give Benni, nothing serious..she just noticed some nasal discharge and irritation very minor.

Miss Lucy was supposed to go today also, but i changed the plans and just took Benni....it was too rough tackling them both today and of course when i went to put Lucy in her travel cage the bottom came off and cracked so i couldnt get it to stay on. Since Lucy isnt really due for her vet visit for a few months anyways i just said to heck with it until i can fix her cage up...dont want to take a chance of her going in an unsturdy cage and escaping (again)
