will I be breaking the law when I refuse to see a doctor when I have 'flu-like' symptoms after being 'compelled' to purchase a 'health plan' I don't want?

I pay out of my own pocket for health care, now.
will I be breaking the law if I refuse 'compulsory' public/private HMO coverage?

I may be one of the first to find out.
