Subject: Anyone ever travel to see a National Monument or major National Park?

I'm going to see Mt. Rushmore again but this time with my kids. I was 14 when I saw it.

I've seen the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, etc. in Philadelphia.

I saw the Statue of Liberty from shore not Liberty Island.

I was in DC but never left Union Station. I would love to visit the Smithsonian.

I've been to Yellowstone but hope to see the Grand Canyon someday.

I've also seen quite a few monuments in England: Big Ben, The Queen leaving parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, etc.; France: Eiffel Tower, Le Louvre, Chenenceau, Mont St Michel, etc. and a couple in Spain. Chizen Itza in Mexico too. I'd like to see Italy and Greece sometime too.
