Flu vaccines are pointless for most individuals. I never get one, I've had the real influenza virus. My immune system is strong. Good nutrition is key to health; eat a variety of real food to stay healthy. And good hygiene habits are your best preventative measures.
Healthy does not mean you never have ailments it means your body has/gets what it needs to live and fight off common germs.
Spicy foods can boost metabolism and immune system.

As far as H1N1 vaccine I'm skeptical. What and when did they test it? Is it the live virus one or the dead virus one? All vaccines have risk involved.

My middle boy had an opportunity to get on 'the list' we declined, because he is healthy. He's paralyzed not 'sickly'. He's manually mobile and active in adaptive sports. He eats well. But like most teenage boys needs to be reminded about hygiene sometimes. He's rarely ill from viral stuff, just has some functional complications that arise from his condition on occasion.

B-)
