I despise all loose pets in urban and suburban neighborhoods. I especially despise tree rats. Even if they are 'cute'.

Now I understand that some pets make a dash for the door or open gate if they can, some jump or dig to escape. But a responsible owner will take action to correct the problem. Some do nothing, but Too Many owners open the front door and freely let their pets roam the neighborhood and all of these pets are poorly trained if at all. That is a problem.
