Teachable Moments like this are good.
Here is a suggestion to address all the concerns you may have about his priorities.

1.) fiscal responsibility
Tell him to get a job. Job = Ca$h
Ca$h leads to number 2
keeps him busy and leads to number 3

2.) auto ownership and responsible driving
pay for insurance and gas, oil, coolant etc. and car washes with the cash from his job - liabilities of ownership
he'll save cash if he learns how to do the maintenance himself- fiscal responsibility
this will also keep him busy

3.) abstinence
break out the baby pictures when the girlfriend shows up; naked ones if you have them this will make him self-conscious
and mention a lot of parental difficulties that arise being young and all that
she'll probably be goo-goo over it and he'll be thinking sex=baby, sex=baby - fiscal responsibility and ownership
also make sure that day you slip a playboy, penthouse, etc. under his pillow, to keep him busy of course.
this is a discreet way of saying you know sex=baby too.
(this will also help keep the backseat of the car ... sanitary)
