Is then I call a place of business, specifically one of my credit cards for customer service, and I get someone foreign who cant understand what I want, and I definitely cant understand them! I know everyone needs jobs, but....why put someone in a position of having to talk to people and help them, especially over the phone, when they cant speak English very well??? It annoys me so much you have no idea!!!!!!
