lalapalooza or lollapalooza is a Gigantic Sundae.
It was a fad at one time. A scoop of almost every flavor with all the fixins. Bridgeman's Ice Cream Parlor was one chain I remember as a kid. (They had more flavors than Baskin Robbins 31 flavors.) If you could eat one it was free and there would be a big hoopla from the employees, you would get your name on the wall with a pic etc. ...

Bridgeman's offered a mini version too but there was no celebration if you ate it.
