You bill the finance company for your time straightening out the mess. Many years ago Easten airlines tried to do the same thing to me becuase of two sets of tickets. I returned one paid for one set but they kept billing me for the set returned. I had kept the ticket numbers so I knew which was used and which was returned.--Well 4 months later after I threatened to call Frank Borman I got an apology and a check for $250.00 that's what I charged them. I also had trouble with student deby from a company threatening my father with court action for not paying his student loans. They wanted to talk to him--I told them to go to the cemetary and dig him up and they could talk to him till the cows went home.--Let me study this a little you have some money coming maybe--I think you file a complaint under the Fair Credit and Lending Bill/Law/Act--Even a mention of that law will send a shiver down their spine.You can bill them for your time--How much is it worth ??? BTW check your mail
