Subject: I am usually a bubbling, outgoing person....

But now, I feel awful, like a total failure! I can't seem to regroup. I babysit, and was making pretty good money at it. The problem was, I only watched the number of kids that I needed, to make the money that I needed to help out. I lost one of the babies that I had. What sucks about it is this....Before I took on watching this baby, I had 4 houses that I cleaned. Just sweeping and dusting, but was making good money doing just that. And they were all nice, older people, who enjoyed me coming and talking to them while I did it. The thing was...out of these 4 houses, 2 of them were alot older than the other two, and I didnt want to take a baby with me, in case it started crying or fussing, and making the people nervous or upset. So I made a choice, to drop the two houses, after talking to the mom of the baby to make sure it was a permanent arrangement, not just a month or two. I had that baby when he turned 6 weeks old, and lost him just a couple weeks ago, now being 10 months old. The reason I lost him, is because they are two people who live beyond their means. They are so far in debt that they can't see the top, she told me this herself. But...their best friends couple they hang around with, are well to do. So they try and be like them, acting semi better than everyone else. Which I think is kinda funny, because my house is worth probably at least 2 times what theirs is. Anyway, her well to do best friend, decided she wanted to start babysitting, so without warning, she just stopped bringing him here, and finally after me calling and calling, told me that since her best friend decided to start babysitting, she felt she should take him there out of loyalty! That is crap!! Now, I can't seem to get another child to replace him. I've put an ad in the paper, which ran out, received no phone calls. And I'm at my wits end. I was making alittle over $100 a week on this child, and now it's gone. That's over $400 a month. I can't seem to find a way to get that back. Does anyone have any bright ideas on how I can make $100 a week? And please be serious..lol...no jokes. I just have run out of ideas.
