And it takes oodles of time consumer days, weeks, months and even years to properly train them. Training isn't done overnight when it comes to replacing these valued emergency workers.

Fire fighters who go up against forest fires, it would take months and even years for them to gain any experience at all.

Or for that matter what mountain growth is apt to burn faster then another. And what mountain growth carries oil burning trunk and limb ingredients in a given National Forest areas which will have a tendency to ignite at a given and immediate flashpoint. And what pine trees and other trees have less of a tendency to ignite violently.

It takes days, weeks, months of schooling and training to learn these circumstances and things.

To terminate and let-go a emergency worker because he or she refuses to take and or be injected with the COVID-19 Pfizer inoculations will have its toll. And finding and recruiting replacements of these same terminated workers cannot be done overnight and at a "soon-as-possible", "quick-fix" cannot be done overnight, folks..

And an inexperienced fire fighter which may number a whole work force operating in a National Forest area such as Arizona's Coconino may at odds if the fire is massive enough and covers 100,000 square miles as exampled. About the Flagstaff/Williams, Arizona area of Coconino National Forest.

And if these fires are left unchecked due to a whole fire fighting work force being inexperienced and that of "green-behind-the-ears", this may morph into mass pollution with many trees, bushes, pines, scrub growth being incinerated at a flash point..
