City/county of San Francisco allegedly strong arming IN-N-OUT employees and order takers at the fast-food/hamburger outlet to badger/intimidate customers entering eatery establishments.

That is requesting customers to come up/show their COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination papers of completion.

This is a direct violation of federal and statewide HIIPA Enactments and Laws. HIPPA LAWS are a protection right of medical patients and a patient's doctor. This is encompasses secret medical information which is a protection right of patients and their physicians.

HIIPA LAWS do NOT include third party inquiries and those outside a relationship between a patient and his/her doctor.

And this would include fast-food IN-N-OUT employees, food order takers, management personnel and custodian personnel of the hamburger chain. (A TOTAL "NO-NO".....)
