One of the very causes and agendas of known and self admitted COMMUNIST, William Z. Foster was of a centralized/governmental state which would be of MARXIST/COMMUNIST.

Within his book, "TOWARD A SOVIET AMERICA" children and kids of a working class of MARXIST/COMMUNIST nation such as a SOVIET AMERICA would be indoctrinated and brainwashed with SOCIALIST/MARXIST ideology and philosophy.

State run schools across a SOVIET AMERICA would "teach", "indoctrinate", "brainwash" these same children and kids into COMMUNISM and MARXISM.

This was part of William Z. Foster's teaching and political agenda and cause at the timing of the late 1920s and into the 1930s.

A proposal of moving a SOVIET AMERICA'S national capitol from Washington D.C. into a major industrial oriented city such as Chicago itself was proposed and projected by William Z. Foster....
