Subject: (Off Politics To A Degree) Why I break with many pertaining to my dislike/loathing of 'Daylight Time'



I can't agree with many on everything.

Remembering back to the time of January/February/March of 1974 and 1975..

Not a pleasant thing to consider, but this did happen when DST was foolishly implemented and put in at the timing of events and circumstances.

The characteristics of a dangerous and not thought out Daylight Time during the late fall and wintertime months.

Re: January, February and March of 1974/1975

School children/kids waiting for bus transportation was hit/injured and some cases killed by cars, trucks, semis skidding into these bus stops..

Ice, snow, sleet, heavy rains along with the dangerous characteristics of darkness which creeps ahead into the 6:00am/7:00am and into and almost the 8:00am hour because of a so-called "Daylight Time".

Drivers could not see what was transpiring due to the same negative/inclement weather conditions. Worse yet with the extended darkness which is noted for a ill-considered Daylight Time...

Additionally as I would understand it and by some reports as indicated.

School children's safety was in question with certain sorts targeting these same children for reasons such as molestation practices.

Police and law enforcement agencies themselves good not see and observe these happenings because of a dangerous characteristics of advanced darkness into the later morning hours under a so-called "Daylight Time"..


These indications were at worst sketchy and in a few cases..

School children safety and security must always be a forthright and ultimate consideration and absolute goal and standing.

The world is that more of a dangerous place today then it was then of January/February and March of 1974 and 1975..

I never liked the concept and the clock setting of a flawed Daylight Time. Even during and past circumstances of the 1950s/1960s and later on.. At least I stayed consistent and this concept of "SPRING-AHEAD" will always be a negative to me..

Between the months of March into November, the faultiness of Daylight Time and its screwed up notion will never change with me...

Daylight Time needs a proper all time ending and permanent political burial, folks!

I don't like Daylight Time and it will always be that way..

Welcome back NATIONWIDE..... STANDARD TIME OF A "FALLBACK"!

Wish it would stay forver and a twelve months ahead!
