When you see and view Terry McAuliffe somewhat tilts his head, the indication is a so-what, "I DON'T CARE", attitude when asked the pointed question whether parents have a right to say when it comes to their child's education..

Perhaps video showing of number 2 interview???

In other words, McAuliffe is in the 'hip-pocket' of the radical/left Virginia's teacher unions, folks..
