Yes. From what you told me, though, my city is like Mayberry from Andy Griffith compared to yours. You even have described your neighborhood as being blissful when it was like my city, when we talked on the other forum. Depressing it is. Your city sounds like an absolute nightmare, like Paterson or Newark. But still, there is a noticable negro problem here. I wouldn't set foot in Newark or Paterson by myself, i just wouldn't feel safe.
